Challenge: While a product manager at Lynk, I spearheaded the effort to build an internal-facing in-house applicant tracking system (ATS) that would serve as a way to onboard and manage contractors.
Approach: This design was estimated to increase onboarding capacity by 25-30%. This ATS also mapped onto the Pro App which was designed in tandem. In designing this, I also conducted an in-depth analysis of job trends and set product rules for approval and deactivation to strengthen the staffing pipeline.
